Article marketing has been one of the only strategies that has literally taken over the internet marketing realm. Any guess as to why that is? Let me give you a hint…”EFFECTIVENESS”. You see this method has been proven time and time again by even the best of the best entrepreneurs to increase traffic drive to more the 80%. The internet is forever changing and it’s ability is nearly endless,  which in turn, has granted this methods to have one of the highest conversions rates imaginable!

Must I say it again? Article marketing=Results! It’s so easy, a caveman can do it Had to throw that in…lol. Okay, in all seriousness…it’s works and I am living proof! Just that simple. I received on average about 2-3,000 leads per week over a 6 week period. Do the math….that between 12-18,000 in just 6 weeks! My marketing strategy, at the time, was strictly promoting my articles every single day!!!

Most cases, people have been wasting their money trying to use promotional tools such as these before they are actually stable enough to do so. You can spend ALOT on Pay Per Click if you’re inexperienced and not too careful. Easy way to strap yourself financially right from the beginning! The other reason, and again…this is just me…but why spend money when you could do MORE if not WAY MORE on your own?? I choose the free route! Honestly, my sales from article leads have superseded ANY results I have EVER witnessed with Adwords and Pay Per Click.

Here’s the scoop… Trust me, you follow these next few steps, to the “T” and I guarantee you will see dramatic results!

• Write one NEW article daily!

Okay this can through article writing, blogs or social networking feeds. This is THE MOST IMPORTANT step! Commit yourself to writing one piece daily for the next 30 days! Before long, you will have created more original context than majority of your competitors…and that is what sells!

• Use different VARIATIONS of the orginal article and submit it to other article directories…the more the merrier!

How this works is you need to go back through and rewrite your article line by line about 3 different times. When you are finished you will have 3 new articles that you will then submit to as many article directories as you possibly can. I know this steps seems a bit tedious…trust me it’s going to pay off big time!

• Redirect ALL of your articles variation back to it’s original article!

This part is soo cool…you’re probably not going to believe me when i tell you. Listen, I know we all want to rank at the top of Google,right? Well, if you follow steps 1 and 2 Google will acknowledge the traffic drive from all of your variations back to your original article, which will then get you ranked at the top of Google search engines. This has been proven to work with more than 65 competitive keywords. Try it and see for yourself!

• Video marketing your article!

After you have submitted all of your article, what you want to do now is go back and make a short 30 sec video talking about how wonderful your article is. Then, submit your video all over the internet…literally plaster it everywhere! You want the link to redirect your visitors back to the original piece of content you created.

• Don’t forget to Bookmark!

Always bookmark the orginal piece of contect ,as well as, your YouTube video. Try using a free social bookmarking site called OnlyWire.com it works GREAT! It submits to over 25 bookmarking site while giving you additional exposure too!

Do Not Promote ANY Business By Spamming! November 25, 2009

Very serious topic, you need to take notes!

One of the absolute WORST ways of advertising is SPAM!

I hate it….that’s to put it mildly.

Listen, it’s totally not cool when I send out emails to those who have opted in on my site and some take advantage of me by turning around and sending me back emails promoting their business opportunities.

As I have stated many, many times, MLM and networking marketing is a relationship driven business. If YOU are taking it upon yourself to opt in of a website to gain further information that’s perfectly okay. However, if you are using it as a way to gain a lead, YOU MUST STOP! This is a sure fine way to piss a lot of people off and ensure that they will not join your business.

I am giving you a CHOICE to receive my information, I expect the same treatment. Network marketing has a few simple guidelines that are well known throughout the community. RESPECT, it at the top of the list. Those who have been in MLM for a while know who’s who. It only takes a few stupid mistakes such as spamming for people to get the word out that you are not a legit, honest business associate. Now, especially for you newbies out there…is this really the recognition you want?

How are you presenting yourself?

You MUST treat your business as you would any other. Conduct yourself as the professional you are. As a professional, you are seeking individual who are WANTING to work with you, who are INTERESTED in what you have to offer. How fair is it that the person whose site you opted in on, only to steal their information, had to spend countless hours marketing and promoting to gain leads? It is absurd why you would steal an individuals private information, only to misuse it, without permission! Get real you guys! Imagine the situation was reversed… wouldn’t YOU be a little ticked off if you had spent numerous hours trying to marketing your content and material and someone stole YOUR information and started spamming you left and right?

Let’s get serious! If you are going to continue to use this method then at least be polite enough to send an email asking if it’s okay. Now, whether you like the answer you receive or not… too bad so sad! It’s their choice and you need to have enough couth to respect their privacy! You will ONLY receive emails from me because you have asked for them. This does not automatically entitle you the right to send me yours!

In this profession, it is important that you are viewed as a PROFESSIONAL. You are communicating with people 24/7 and you want them to value you enough to say, “Now, that is an honest, respectable person and I can see myself working with them!” If you would only grab hold of what I have said, not only will you present yourself in a more classy fashion but you will be sure to win over alot more of your clients and prospects. People ONLY do business with those they TRUST and take a liking too.

Market your business the RIGHT WAY! Learn how to build rapport with others and attract leads to you instead of having to chase after them. What you need to do is set up a lead capture page with several different landing pages. Make sure you are adding valuable content and ASKING others to opt in rather than outright spamming them!

Trust me, something so simple can create a HUGE breakthrough for you and your business! Watch yourself grow and mature as a leader literally overnight!

Let’s talk for a minute about leads!

Have you pretty much hit a dead end with obtaining good quality leads? Okay, here’s the thing! Majority of network marketers have started their business with a list. At the top of the list, is their friends and family (because that’s your warm market), in which, you seek referrals and then they start marketing via flyers, cold calling, presentations…ect.  Now listen, if you are out to find leads, the only way to do so is by being able to connect with people on a more personable level. Generally, people more open and willing to hear what you have to say, as long as, they feel you are legit!

Here are four key questions to ask yourself to test the strength of your “leads.”

1) Are prospects able to reach you?

Have you made yourself accessible? Now there are MANY ways to do this via the INTERNET! The best way to really reach out to others is through your Social Networking Sites (Facebook, Twitter, Myspace…ect.) Prior to LinkedIn, I was losing touch with people left and right because they were always on the move from one company to the next. Here you can create your own online business card with ALL of your contact info that can be updated instantly.

Easily accessible is necessary but there is still more you have to take into account! The next three questions are even more crucial.

2) Are your leads seeing more of YOU or your business?

What are you marketing? Now this is where I might throw some of you off! The best way for you to generate ALOT of leads is through BRANDING YOURSELF and NOT YOUR BUSINESS!! A lot of network marketer tend to lose sight of this concept. Listen, NO ONE like to be sold, especially in network marketing! You have to be personable and sincere, in order for people to take you seriously. Once you have established a good rapport, you are in!

Some things you MUST have in order to begin branding YOU!

• Personable & Customizable Website
• Blog about YOU
• Make Videos about YOU
• ALL SEO should pertain to YOU
• Your OWN domain

Now, although it is about YOU, what you are actually doing is sharing you experiences and goals. You are showing others how you have managed to gain your success. By offering them your assistance and knowledge, you will be more likely to get asked the question, “What are you in?” This is where you have the ability to let the lion out of his cage! LOL….tell them about your business opportunity…BUT…you should not come across as a used car salesman (BE SUBTLE).

3) Is your business opportunity at work “FOR” you??

This element right here is IMPORTANT! You should have a system in place where prospects are being drove to your website and followed up with automatically! You can do this through a capture page with an opt in form. The key here is that your capture page MUST represent YOU not your business! I know a lot of companies are not giving their representatives a free capture page at sign up but this is NOT the kind you want. These types of capture pages lead back to your primary business opportunity. You want to be sure that yours is filled with your content, your story and your videos. Once this is in place, you will be able to drive traffic to your site on autopilot!

4) Will they opt into your Primary Business?

Honestly, whether they do or not is irrelevant. 95% of leads that you come across will chose not to join your primary. So, are you just going to turn your back and move onto the next one? If you answered YES, you should be ashamed! There are programs and websites on the internet where you can create multiple streams of income. How? By offering, training materials, programs and other resources they would be beneficial to their growth. Chances are they will bite the bait and when they do you earn money!

Welcome back for another great blog!

For those of you who have either done network marketing in the past or in it right now, you are all very familiar with the door-to-door sales pitches. You see when MLM first began, before the rise of the internet and all it’s glory, people were reliant on the “old school” techniques.

Okay, what do I mean by “old school”??

You remember the days of people knocking on your door trying to sell you vitamins or air fresheners? How about Aunt Sally, who would call you trying to get you to come to another weekly meeting for Avon or Marykay? The trips to the mall, only to find when you returned to your car a flyer stuck to your windshield advertising another freebie if you will call this number!

Let’s face it…

Sales and marketing techniques come and go. Yeah sure, you might still have some luck applying the old school models but really it’s a thing of the past.

Honestly, how many people do you know that are sitting at home during the day? I can probably think of enough to count of my fingers. Majority of us are working our 9-5 to put dinner on the table. With that said, do you see how door-to-door sales would be incredibly hard? Sure, you could try to hit up a few business, but just walking in off the street is like jumping off the deep end.

I use to work in medical facility and I swear we had everybody and their brother too trying to get out doctors to participate in the latest gadgets. If you had an appointment, he would give you 5 min. to give him your pitch and if you grabbed his attention you were permitted to join him for lunch. LOL….if you walked in off the street…you were yelled at and told to pretty much leave and don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

My point being you might want to use this type of technique with extreme caution and really weigh out your surroundings to see if it is a perfect match for what you are looking to accomplish.

Hmmm…remember all those sleepless nights sitting around making cold calls? Have you been guilty of buying “FRESH” leads that turned out to be colder than a dead fish? I can laugh about it now…but at the time I was about ready to throw my phone across the room. My upline use to always tell you, “You’re gonna go through alot of no’s before you get a YES! Just hang in there.” Not exactly something you want to hear after hours and hours of calling and being hung up on…is it?!?

I am here to tell you…THERE IS A MUCH BETTER WAY!

I have ran in circles chasing my tail for years until I was introduced to some really great mentors who taught me about the two most POWERFUL tools I could EVER own! Any guess???

ME and the INTERNET!

You see for years people have pushed their business when trying to market. Let’s stop and think about this, how many times has your home phone rang and it was one of those, “You entered a dawning and won a 4 night 3 day stay at….” only to find out that it’s a timeshare and you have to sit though a 3 hour presentation before you actually “win” your prize. As soon as I heard timeshare, I’d hang up the phone. Well, the same thing is true for vitamins, mobile phones, post cards….whatever it is that you are trying to market. Listen, people DO NOT want to be SOLD, especially in network marketing. People are more likely to hear what you have to say if you are genuine and personable.

The Internet is an incredible tool for reaching people all over the world. Several different tools are available for sharing you information…

• Facebook
• Myspace
• Twitter
• Blogs
• Articles
• Linkedin
• YouTube
• And so much more…

However, the KEY to SUCCESS is learning how to BRAND YOURSELF not YOUR BUSINESS! This is important because your business may come and go but you will always stay the same. You want to be able to show people that you know what you’re talking about, you are a REAL person and you are sincere. They will be more likely to follow you into your next business venture if you can create good rapport with one another.

Do Not Jump Ship When It Comes To Your MLM Success! November 16, 2009

This morning I have decided to talk about this issue because it has been something that I have seen ALOT over the years. You know, I myself have tried numerous different companies and failed but in MOST cases it was not the companies fault it was strictly my own. What do I mean by that? Well, at some point you have to stop pointing fingers and reflect on your business strategies and how you are presenting yourself to potential associates and customers.  It wasn’t until really the past couple of years that I was able to do so. In this short blog, I’ll show you exactly where I went wrong and how YOU can avoid making the same mistakes and begin seeing the success you crave!

Listen, mlm is not a “get quick rich” thing. It never has been and it never will. LOL….funny thing is most people know this but we are blown away with enthusiasm that we think that we’ll be rolling in money come Monday morning. Monday morning arrives and your bank account is still sitting at $0.00. Your upset and frustrated…beginning to feel discouraged.

I was short on money and the end of the month was knocking at the backdoor. I kept telling myself, “Well, if I just get my 3, who in turn gets their 3, then my monthly membership is paid for!”

You know it’s funny because I just thought the failure at Mary Kay was due to my own inability to apply makeup to someones face and choose what colors would work best for their skin tone. Very different from my perspective on things I thought I’d be able to do at the start of my business venture. Listen, I tried. As a matter of fact, my very first party, I had about 7 close friends of mine attend and ended up selling about $749.00 in product. That’s great… BUT… that only helped to cover my initial cost on inventory.   Before, prejudgment sets in…let me just say… I had been working steadily every night after work creating presentations, fliers, demos…

…but something was missing, and I couldn’t figure out what?????????

After about a year, I quit MaryKay and blamed MaryKay for all of my headaches and frustration. I took some time off from the mlm industry and pursued a career in Radiology. Then, one day I had went to lunch with my mother, Sherril, and she had just got involved with this company that she swore up and down was the way to go. Her excitement haunted me for about a week, and I decided, “You know what! I’m gonna give it another shot!” And so I did.

Here’s where my leap of faith got me! With this new company I was able to build a down-line of about 9 people in a 3 week time frame. Now,  I was excited because with MaryKay, I had not brought ANYONE into the business. However, I had several customers who bought the product.  I was astonished.  I thought, “I have found the light! I’m gonna make this work!”

However, I kinda ran into luck, I should say, because  all 9 of those people were simply recruited directly from my old MaryKay business customer base.  It had taken me quite a long time to create a trusting relationship with them in MaryKay. But with having done so, I knew that all it would take from me is a phone to them letting them know that “I have found the secret that we’ve been seeking for so long”…

…The month came and went and as time went by I found myself backpedaling into the same frustrations I had had in the past. I was unable to generate enough leads to grow my business and create that residual income I wanted.

So, I eventually left that company as well.

Finally, after so many months of bad luck and wanting to just throw my hands up, I began searching the internet. I wound up meeting a couple extraordinary people who showed me what I was doing was all WRONG! I had learned that in order to succeed in absolutely any Multilevel profession you need to be able to build rapport and work consistently day after day.

Wow!

All this time I thought that I just didn’t have the magic touch. What I was lacking was not enthusiasm and hard work it was simply rapport.

I had spent so much time marketing my BUSINESS through advertisements and expos searching for those SIGN ME UP TODAY prospects, that I was totally missing out of one of the most basic steps to growing my network marketing business and that is the ability to build a long lasting relationship with my potential clients.

I am going to be straight forward with you here…the key to success in MLM is not locked away for only certain eyes to discover. It is within you!  This is a long term, relationship driven opportunity.  No one is going to join a business with someone that they may know little to nothing about. You just can’t grow your business that way… it DOES NOT work!

When I had the revolutionary eye opening experience and realized that all I need to do to grow my business was to actually learn to interact and bond with others….my business literally exploded! Within 3 months I was able to grow my organization into more than 900 active distributors and working at it part time. I was using the warm market resources that I still had and attend weekly and monthly meet-up trainings. Occasionally, I would travel to huge seminars and meet with all the top notch gurus of the company and bring back my exclusive one on one interviews to share.

Now, doing things this way was working…please don’t get me wrong! That is until I discovered the internet!

Listen…technology today is totally off the charts when it comes to networking. Now, you’re gonna find people out there that will teach you one click systems that supposedly WORK…let me let you in on a little secret…it’s a total gimmick. As I said, MLM is a relationship driven opportunity. If you wanna succeed and really prosper, you need to be able to connect with others on a more personal level.

The internet itself is one of many tools available to you to help market your business. Now, you have an incredible opportunity to market, anyway you like, to millions globally, at a very fast pace using the internet.

HOWEVER, what you are marketing is no longer your business you are marketing YOU! This may take some time, it is not going to happen over night.  Depending on where you stand financially there are a couple different things you could try…

Rollin’ in dough? Try Google Adwords. Now, you are gonna find that you’ll be spending quite a bit of $$$ if you’re not careful. However, if you read up on it and really understand how it works then you can potentially generate alot of leads within your first day. Just do your research and be careful!

Once you have leads, you’ll notice that some will opt in and some won’t. Listen, this isn’t a bad thing! You do not want to spend time and engery on someone that you have to pull teeth to get into your business. All that’s gonna happen is (A) you’ll be their babysitter (B) they’ll be the one’s to run when they don’t see a huge initial paycheck in the mail.

Some other things you need to keep in mind is the fact that you might go on a roller coaster ride when it comes to seeing immediate results. Maybe one week you sign up 5 people and you earn $75 in your affiliate commissions but the following week you have 15 leads and no one has opted into your opportunity or your affiliate programs. This is just part of the GROWING process. Expect it and accept it!

Look, I have personally designed my lead system to allow you to accelerate the process of recruiting representatives 10x’s faster  than ever before.  You have the ability to build GREAT rapport and True relationships with a MASSIVE audience! It literally closes the door to rejection before it ever has a chance to reach you!

It’s proven and  it WORKS!

This is NOT the part where you can click your heals and you are in Hawaii sipping Margaritas. You MUST work it! You Must show that you are able to influence the internet  to help grow your business. Let me just say, it’s not that difficult…you CAN do it!

Let me give you an example. Within a month and a half time frame  I was about to generate about 6 leads per day and making $25 a day in affiliate commissions. I probably sponsored about 1 person per week. The following month I nearly double! Today, I have far surpassed all of my expectations with my mlm business and I am currently setting new goals to achieve!

Listen, like I said this is NOT overnight success. It takes TIME! First thing’s first, I had to…

Set up my System

Create POA (Plan Of Action)

Be Consistant!

You will work hard, nothing in life is FREE!

You will be put to the test, this is a learning process!

You are on the road to WEALTH!
